Colin
The hotel is located right in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring and accessing various amenities and eateries. Plus, it's just a short walk to the bus stop, which is perfect for skiing and exploring other resorts in the area. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and comfortable, western-style beds. Breakfast is included and offers a good spread, including fresh cooked eggs.
All aspects of this hotel were great, no improvements needed.

Friendly staff, spacious room, convenient location, onsen facilities, short walk to ski lifts.
Nothing, all excellent.

The location of this hotel is convenient, right in the Happo Village hub, which made it easy to access other areas via the main bus stop. The staff at the on-site restaurant were friendly, and the restaurant had a good dinner menu.
The accommodation was not up to scratch. The carpet in the hallways and rooms was worn and in need of replacement.

The hotel had great facilities, including a clean and relaxing onsen. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to the ski slopes and a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away.
The hotel was in need of some TLC, with worn carpets and tired-looking rooms. The breakfast was also repetitive and lacked variety.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hakuba and it was a fantastic experience. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the central location in Happo Village. The hotel was right in the center, just a short walk to the main bus stop, making it convenient to visit other resorts. Additionally, the attention to detail and service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. They were attentive, helpful, and enthusiastic throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The basic amenities in the room, like the chest of drawers and western style beds, were comfortable and convenient. I also appreciated the breakfast, with fresh cooked eggs and a good spread for everyone.
All in all, I couldn't find any faults with this hotel.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
Enjoyed a fantastic stay with excellent facilities and friendly staff. The location was perfect as it was close to town and the ski bus stops. One of the best things about this place was the delicious food served at the restaurant. The room size was generous and comfortable, and we had a beautiful view from our room. The onsen was perfect after a long day on the slopes.
The hotel could use some renovation as the rooms look outdated and tired with worn carpets and old bathrooms. The breakfast was just okay, and the lack of storage space in the room makes it hard to keep tidy.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the Hakuba area. The hotel is located right in the centre of Happo Village, making it convenient for exploring the town and accessing the Happo bus terminal. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, with western style beds and ample storage space in the form of chest of drawers. The breakfast offered a good spread for everyone, with options like fresh cooked eggs to start the day off right. I was impressed by the attention to detail, value for money, and basic amenities provided by this hotel.
In terms of improvements, there was nothing that stood out as needing immediate attention. All in all, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and satisfying.

Central location in Happo Village, near main bus stop, great hotel facilities and helpful staff. Onsen is a must after skiing.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
